The hotel is located in the Montparnasse district, close to everything yet still in a somewhat remote area. It is within walking distance of convenient public transport and offers parking facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Stayed here before, loved location and staff. The bedrooms were beautiful, featuring street view. Near an underground station, walking distance to supermarkets and a bakery. Moreover, it was relatively close to a plus and other sights in Paris. It was a really really nice stay, the best I had before.
Wi-Fi connection was slow.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy hotel with friendly staff. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro station and surrounded by cafes and bars. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood, great to get a restful night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Paris.

This hotel truly impressed us with its attention to detail. From the smart and modern decor to the large and comfortable room, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering great advice on local restaurants. The location of this hotel near the Pernety metro station made it easy for us to explore all areas of Paris. Plus, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby to enjoy.

This hotel is in a great location, close to two metro stations on line 13, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a temperature regulator in the shower. The staff is kind and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel offers a beautiful garden for guests to enjoy.
The entry to the hotel was a bit hard to find, but the host was there to welcome us and assist with any difficulties.
